[SD / LA / NY, Sincerely] is a group art show by CKTH & Mott Projects on September 9, 2025 — from 6pm to 11pm. Via Mi Casa Studios in the Lower East Side (70 Hester St., New York, NY).
The exhibition is a love letter that intersects various cities: A celebration of where creators have lived, shown work and been inspired to create change in themselves. The show examines how these worlds become unified via shared areas of influence, overlapping social circles and visual languages.
The work in this show also speaks to farther-reaching contemporary issues in painting and creating writ large: As artists become more connected and the art world becomes more heterogeneous, the overarching aim is that other love letters — connected to other locations — will be written and shared.
