Wetsuit Product Returns
Note: All 00 by XIIIG wetsuit product returns must be in NEW condition. Not “like new” – NEW. In other words, if you wear your wetsuit in the water – even once – we will NOT be able to refund or exchange said wetsuit. This includes situations where you assumed that the suit would fit differently, after one session of “getting it wet.” Simply put, if you are unsure about how your wetsuit feels, keep it on dry land. Because, regardless of the circumstances, if your wetsuit goes into the water or is not in absolutely NEW condition, the CKTH Team will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit. This is a firm rule with zero exceptions.
Additionally, products purchased via CKTH.com – that are not part of an ALL SALES FINAL SALE – may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment, only if returned within 30 days of receipt. A valid sales receipt is also necessary in all situations or circumstances. Finally, below are other critical rules and requirements regarding returns:

All unauthorized returns will be refused

All returns must have a copy of the original receipt or invoice with the returned item

All returns must be prepaid freight. Aka: CKTH does not pay for return shipping (to us) – but CKTH will ship all exchanges back to you for free

The shipping & handling charge for online orders are not refunded for returns

CKTH reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any unpaid freight on all returned orders past 30 days from the purchase date

Packing Instructions: All return merchandise must be packed loosely to avoid creasing damage to the wetsuit(s). Any creasing damage can result in a 10% – 15% damage charge for returned items. In extreme cases we will deny the return. In other words, DO NOT pack the wetsuit(s) into a tiny box

CKTH has no obligation to accept the return of any merchandise for replacement in situations where the purchaser is in default of any payment due

The CKTH warranty and return policy does not apply in cases where the rubber’s quality is irreversibly damaged due to sun exposure, improper care, fin cuts, shark attack, acts of God, general negligence or natural aging over the course of the product’s lifetime

Accordingly, if your wetsuit’s rubber cannot be used for repair, the warranty will be voided

The CKTH warranty is ultimately limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of CKTH and does not include consequential damages, incidental damages or damages to person or property

Apparel Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt, invoice or proof of purchase — with a valid matching form of identification (e.g., a driver’s license, passport or other government-issued identification).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ckth.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once CKTH receives your item, we will inspect it to determine its eligibility — and also notify you that we have received the returned delivery.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies and procedures.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
