Shanice Carrington is an outpatient orthopedic / neurology therapist in New York. When she isn’t working, she is traveling for both cultural and culinary enrichment. Shanice also still holds the record in both shot put and discus at her high school (#tracknation stand up)

Lawrence Hicks is originally from the Great State of New Jersey and now competes as a Jumper and Sprinter for the Alpha Owls of Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to college, he was a Two-time All-American and Two-time New Jersey State Champion. More recently, he was the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the week
Born & raised in San Diego, Sammy Johnson is an OG CKTH Contributor and Day One Team Rider for XIIIG and 00 BY XIIIG Wetsuits. After attending Torrey Pines High School, the Del Mar, CA native majored in Communication Studies at UCSB and still works in the industry
