This collaboration was born via the first meeting of XIIIG and Saint Velour. The meeting took place at a track practice for Southern Connecticut State University -- as they prepared for outdoor Nationals in the Spring of 2022 at Jess Dow Stadium in New Haven, CT. Age Quod Agis is Latin for "do what you are doing." And running it hard is what the Alpha Owls have done every year to capture each of their championship titles.
