He founded Conchōbar Amplified Chocolate, a sustainable chocolate company that he operates with his sister. The name Conchōbar derives from Gaelic, meaning “lover of hounds” or “lover of wolves,” reflecting both Connor’s Irish heritage and his passion for chocolate and flow states
