How do I log in?
The CKTH Experience features a seamless log in: CKTH Members can sign up or log in via email or your Google account
If you already have a CKTH account, you simply need to login to your email address

What is The Events Timeline?
The Timeline is the CKTH feed for suggested objects of interest. Here, you can view official Events that are either facilitated by CKTH or various brand partners.
Ranging from art, food & beverage exhibitions to natural events & premium travel tours, Members can explore their Timeline, add engagements to their personal CKTH Calendar — and invite friends to receive Marketplace rewards

Click SHARE — you'll find it on the event listing page & again on the event's own page — then send it however you want: text, email, socials, whatever's easiest.

The Calendar is your personal CKTH Calendar that shows all of the Events you have added to your Calendar
How do I save Events to my personal CKTH Calendar?
Click ADD TO CALENDAR & the Event will be added to your personal CKTH Calendar.
You can easily export your personal CKTH Calendar to import Events into your other calendars

What is The Big Ups List?
Simply put: The Big Ups List is a curated yet ever-expanding view of the CKTH Universe:

You can use a filter on The Big Ups List to better discovery options that are based on your specific interests, such as finding unique art galleries, places to eat with friends – or a natural hot springs

The CKTH Fit File functions automatically displays the items you have purchased from the CKTH store, allowing you to explore your purchase history

How do I update my profile?
You can upload or replace your profile photo & edit your display name directly within your profile:

- Click edit profile
- Update your profile photo / name & click SAVE CHANGES
Wallet & Rewards
How do I earn points?
CKTH Members can earn rewards points for several actions on the app, including:

Complete your interest survey & receive a one-time welcome bonus of 500 reward points

Send invites to CKTH Events or share a spot on The Big Ups List — you earn when your connections open the link
- Refer your Friends & Family to CKTH & earn rewards for them joining
Earn additional rewards when you become a FORTIS Member
How do I spend my points?
Your current available points are displayed in real-time via your CKTH Wallet. Members can convert these points into a unique code to redeem your points for purchases on the CKTH Marketplace.
Note that once points are converted to a code, the transaction is final
Where can I see my Wallet history?
The CKTH Wallet includes a transaction history that shows all point movements, including the amount, reason & timestamp
